  1. Butter a 9 x 9 x 4 inch pan. Place chicken in pan. Cover chicken with well liquid removed sauerkraut. Cover sauerkraut with sliced Swiss cheese. Cover pan tightly with foil. Cook in oven 1 hour at 350 degrees.
