Ingredients

  • 3 to 4 pound pork roast or possibly pork ribs (either)
  • 1 lg. onion (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 pts. sauerkraut

Directions

  1. Place meat in roaster. Place sauerkraut smothered over, salt, pepper and onions over top. 2 qts water over. Bake at 325 degrees for 3 hrs. Serve with mashed potatoes.
