Ingredients

  • 1 c. Mushrooms, Sliced Fine
  • 2 Tbsp. Butter
  • 1/2 c. Beef Stock, Warm
  • 1 c. Sauce Espagnole
  • 1/2 c. Madeira
  • 1/2 x Lemon, Juice Only

Directions

  1. Saute/fry the mushroom slices in the butter. Add in the beef stock (it should be warm before being added). Simmer 10 min. Add in the Sauce Espagnole and the Madeira. Simmer 20 min. Squeeze the lemon juice into the sauce. Season to taste.
