  • 1 x Italian bread shell - (6" dia)
  • 1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 c. minced cooked chicken breast
  • 1/4 c. Kraft Cheddar & Monterey Jack w Jalapeno
  •     Peppers Mexican Style Shredded Cheese see * Note
  • 2 slc Oscar Mayer Center-Cut Bacon cut 1/2" pcs,
  •     and crisply cooked
  • 1 sm tomato minced
  • 1 x green onion minced

Directions

  1. * Note: Or possibly use Kraft Shredded Cheddar & Monterey Jack Cheese.
  2. Brush bread shell with oil. Layer with remaining ingredients. Place directly on oven rack.
  3. Bake at 450 degrees for 5 to 8 min or possibly till cheese is melted. Cut into 4 wedges.
  4. This recipe yields 2 servings.
