Ingredients
- 8 ounce. turkey bologna or possibly turkey ham
- 3 hard boiled Large eggs
- 1/2 c. no fat yogurt
- 2-3 tbsp. relish (dill or possibly sweet)
- 1 tbsp. dry or possibly chopped onion
- Pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon vinegar (opt.)
Directions
- Grind up meat and Large eggs in a meat grinder. Mix relish, onions and pepper and add in to the meat and egg mix. Stir in yogurt and mix well.
