It’s actually quite simple. Three ingredients in this Salted Banana Hazelnut Spread Ice Cream and then topped with a honey chocolate sauce.

Salted Banana Hazelnut Spread Ice Cream

In your blender (I recommend using something like my Ninja or Vitamix), with the setting on low add the bananas, sea salt, and the hazelnut spread and blend until creamy.

Serve with the Honey chocolate sauce.

5 PP without the honey chocolate sauce

4 PP for the honey chocolate sauce per serving (2 Tablespoons)

Nope! No ice cream machine needed. Instant gratification. Delicious, smooth creamy and heaven-sent.

When I made this discovery in my kitchen I yelled out a woot woot! Good thing I was alone.

Is it a sin to call this ice cream when there is no cream in the ingredients?

When I first tried the frozen banana several months ago I was leery. I love bananas. Like I stated before, in their raw and pure nature. Never frozen. I read about the trending Yo’nana’s and still pushed it aside.

But thank goodness I relented and tried making a Chunky Monkey Milkshake several months ago. From that point on, my life changed as I knew it.

Frozen banana recipes swirled in my mind and I shared many of them with you.

But this one, takes the cake, err banana.

Don’t be shy. You know you want to try it. The honey caramel sauce was good too. I will admit to it getting a bit hard when it was combined with the ice cream.

I might need to find another type of sweetener, like molasses or something to replace the honey. I don’t know. What do you all think I should use?

Thanks for stopping by and have a great day.
