Ingredients

3 or possibly 4 c. tomatoes, peeled & minced
2 c. Jalapeno seeded peppers, minced fine
3/4 onion, minced
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
3 lg. garlic cloves
1 1/2 c. vinegar

Directions

Combine all. Bring to a boil. Cover and simmer 5 min. Put into sterilized jars and caps. Process 30 min in water bath.
