Salsa Fresca (Fresh Tomato Salsa) Recipe

Ingredients

4 ripe tomatoes 3 jalepeno peppers 2 scallions 1 1/2 clove garlic

2 tbsp. fresh cilantro Juice of 1 lime Salt and fresh grnd pepper to taste

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients in blender and whip for 1-2 seconds. (If desired it coarse). If desired it smooth, then puree in blender for 5-10 seconds.
