Ingredients

  • 3 lg. ripe tomatoes, minced
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 4 green onions, sliced
  • 2 tbsp. onion, diced
  • 3 serrano or possibly Jalapeno chiles, diced
  • 2 tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tbsp. lime juice

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients; stir well. Sauce may be served with grilled chicken, fish or possibly as a dip with tortilla chips. Sauce may be pureed in a blender.
