Ingredients
1 can (15 oz) fire roasted tomatoes
1 can (15 oz) diced tomatoes
1 serrano chile, finely diced
1/3 cup diced red onion
1/4 cup fresh lime juice
1/2 tsp ground chipotle chile
2 tsp sugar
2 tbsp minced garlic
3 tbsp dried cilantro
1 tbsp red pepper flakes
Directions
Mix all together and chill in fridge for at least an hour to allow flavors to mix together
