I love these salmon patties and make them often.
Ingredients
- 1 can Salmon, de-boned with juice
- ½ cup chopped onion
- ¼ cup butter
- 1 large egg
- ¼ tsp. salt
- ¼ tsp. pepper
- ½ stack of saltine crackers, crushed with your hands
Directions
- Take can of de-boned salmon and separate until it is loose and mushy.
- Melt butter and add to salmon. Add onion, salt, pepper, egg, and crackers.
- Pat into patties. Patties will be loose and will not form well. Smaller patties will be easier to flip.
- Place in preheated, buttered skillet or griddle. Fry over Med-High heat until browned on both sides. Patties will be easier to flip after browning on the first side.
