Directions

  1. Combine parsley, onion, lemon juice and lowfat milk. Beat Large eggs and add in to mix. Then add in salmon, seasoned with salt and pepper. Place layer of rice in greased ring mold. Cover with 1/2 salmon mix. Repeat. Place in pan of warm water and bake in moderate oven, 325 degrees for 1 hour.

  • Reluctant cook
    This is healthy, nutritious and super-easy. I used brown rice and I made a loaf, not a ring. I also mixed all the ingredients together using a blender, instead of layering them. Very tasty.
