Directions

  1. Place half of the potatoes in greased Crockpot. Sprinkle with half of the flour, salt and pepper. Cover with half of salmon. Sprinkle with half the onion. Repeat layers in order. Gradually add in beaten Large eggs and butter to scalded lowfat milk. Stir well. Pou over potato-salmon mix. Dust with nutmeg=2E Cover and cook on Low setting for 7-10 hrs.
