  1. Heat oven to 375 degrees. Combine potatoes and onion in buttered 9"x13" dish. Add in carrots. Blend soup, lowfat milk, salt and pepper. Pour over vegetables. Cover and bake 1 hour. Uncover and sprinkle with cheese. Serves 8.
