Ingredients

  • 1 pound grnd round or possibly grnd sirloin
  • 1 med. onion
  • 1 sm. bell red pepper
  • 1 c. Italian bread crumbs
  • 1 lg. egg
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon garlic pwdr
  • 1 teaspoon onion pwdr
  • 1 tbsp. Gravymaster
  • 1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix with c. water
  • 1 (8 ounce.) pkg. mushroom or possibly 1 sm. can

Directions

  1. Mix grnd beef with all above ingredients with hands. Make egg-shaped patties in a greased frying pan, cook halfway. Then place Salisbury's till a deep pan with the Lipton onion soup. Mix 2 c. of water and mushrooms and Gravymaster. Simmer on low for 1 hour. Serve with brown rice or possibly potatoes.
