  • 3 lbs. grnd chuck
  • 1/4 c. finely minced onion
  • 2 tbsp. minced parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry thyme
  • 1/4 c. oil


  1. Combine meat, onion, parsley, salt, Tabasco and thyme. Shape into 8 oval patties. Sprinkle lightly with some flour and brush with oil. Broil about 6 min on each side. Top with Belmont Sauce. Serves 8.
