  • 1 head Iceburg lettuce, washed and dry
  • 1 red onion, separated into rings
  • 1 can artichoke hearts, liquid removed and separated
  • 1 to 2 c. Mozzarella or possibly Provolone cheese, shredded
  • 1 c. or possibly more grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 bottle San Francisco Romano dressing or possibly your own Italian-style dressing

Directions

  1. Tear lettuces into bite-size pcs. Toss all together and enjoy!!
