Directions

  1. Tear lettuce and place in bottom of large salad bowl. Layer with onion, tomatoes, green chilies and cheese. Saute/fry beef and drain. Add in taco seasoning, following package directions using only 2/3 the amount of water. Mix taco sauce with dressing and blend well. Add in beef; mix well. Place beef mix in salad bowl. Sprinkle chips over beef and toss. Serve hot or possibly chilled.
