  1. Combine spices with bread crumbs
  2. Blend rhe bases with the milk to make it liquid. Add the eggs and worchestershire sauce in a mixing bowl, with paddle. begin mixing beef and add the milk-egg-base mixture.
  3. As soon as it all comes together, add the dry mix
  4. Mix only until everything blends together.
  5. Do not oveer mix or steaks will be tough
  6. Cook off a little 1 oz burger to taste for seasoning
  7. Form into individual 4 oz oval/football shaped steaks (#8 scoop)
  8. Bake in a 325 oven for 45minutes
  9. Pan up in hotel pans for service, garnissh with cooked onions and beef au jus.
