Ingredients

  • For this rice you need
  • 1 cup of Basmati rice
  • 1/2 tsp. of saffron threads.
  • 1/2 cup of peas
  • 1/2 cup of paneer (chopped and slightly tossed in ghee)
  • 1 onion
  • 2 nos. of cardamom and cloves.
  • Few nos. of cashews (Roasted in ghee)
  • Salt to taste
  • 3 tsp. of ghee
  • Oil
