Ingredients

  •     Boiled new potatoes
  • 3 x Hard boiled Large eggs
  • 1 whl boiled carrots
  •     Tinned peas
  •     Half an onion
  • 1 sm Joint of roast beef, (cool)
  • 1 can Kosher pickled cucumbers
  •     Mayonnaise
  •     Fresh dill

Directions

  1. Chop all the ingredients into small cubes and place in a large mixing bowl, draining the peas and cucumbers beforehand.
  2. Fold in a generous amount of mayonnaise to taste.
  3. Garnish with fresh dill and serve with vodka, more pickled cucumbers and brown rye bread.
