Ingredients
- Â Â Boiled new potatoes
- 3 x Hard boiled Large eggs
- 1 whl boiled carrots
- Â Â Tinned peas
- Â Â Half an onion
- 1 sm Joint of roast beef, (cool)
- 1 can Kosher pickled cucumbers
- Â Â Mayonnaise
- Â Â Fresh dill
Directions
- Chop all the ingredients into small cubes and place in a large mixing bowl, draining the peas and cucumbers beforehand.
- Fold in a generous amount of mayonnaise to taste.
- Garnish with fresh dill and serve with vodka, more pickled cucumbers and brown rye bread.
