Ingredients

  • 1 c. plus 3 tbsp. heavy cream
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 env. plain gelatin
  • 1/2 pt. lowfat sour cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Directions

  1. Mix cream, sugar and gelatin in saucepan, heat till gelatin is dissolved cold till slightly thickened. Mix in lowfat sour cream and vanilla. Whisk till smooth. Pour into serving bowl or possibly a 3 c. mold. Cover and refrigerateat least 4 hrs. To unmold dip container in warm water for 5 seconds, invert and surround with marinated strawberries.
