Rum Raisin Glazed Bundt Cake Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 package yellow cake mix, dry
  • 1 small package French vanilla pudding mix, instant, dry, 3.4 ounce box
  • 1/2 cup dark rum
  • 1/2 cup canola oil or vegetable oil
  • 4 eggs, large
  • 1 cup pecans, chopped (hakf in cake and half on topping if desired)
  • 2 tablespoons raisins, optional
  • Sauce:
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup rum, dark
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • Glaze:
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon milk, 1% fat
