Ingredients

  • 1 c. minced pecans
  • 1 lg. instant vanilla pudding
  • 4 Large eggs
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 1 pkg. yellow cake mix
  • 1/2 c. cool water
  • 1/2 c. dark 80 proof rum

Directions

  1. Oven at 325 degrees. Grease and flour tube pan. Sprinkle nuts on bottom. Mix all cake ingredients - pour over nuts. Bake 1 hour. Cold. Prick top and drizzle glaze over. Decorate with cherries and frosting.
