Ingredients

  • 5 ounce Fettucini pasta, cooked and liquid removed
  • 1 1/2 tsp unsalted butter
  • 1/3 tsp fresh garlic, finely grnd
  • 4 ounce heavy whipping cream
  • 1 dsh white pepper
  • 1 dsh salt
  • 1 Tbsp. lowfat sour cream
  • 1 tsp grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 tsp grated Romano Cheese

Directions

  1. Briefly heat medium skillet; add in butter. Over low flame, coat bottom of skillet with butter and add in garlic. Stir till sauteed, then add in cream.
  2. Increase flame slightly and heat, stirring constantly. Add in salt, pepper, and lowfat sour cream and bring to heat while stirring. When lowfat sour cream Is completely blended, combine and stir in cheeses. Stir pasta into sauce over low flame.
  3. Serve immediately.
