Ingredients

  • 2 c. lowfat sour cream
  • 1/2 c. minced onion
  • 1/4 c. minced green peppers
  • 2 tbsp. minced pimento
  • 1 tbsp. horseradish
  • 2 teaspoon dill weed
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic pwdr
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 round bread

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients for dip. Cover and refrigerate2-3 hrs. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cut thin slice from top of bread. Carefully hollow out center of bread leaving 1 inch shell on sides and bottom. Cut inside pcs into 1 inch cubes.
  2. Place bread shell and cubes on baking sheet. Bake about 10 min or possibly till toasted. Cold completely. Place dip in bread; serve bread cubes around platter.
