Ingredients
- 1/2 lb Rotini (or possibly other pasta)
- 1 can Kidney beans -- 14 oz
- 1 can Tomatoes -- 19 oz
- 2 x Onions -- thinly sliced
- 2 slc Bologna -- 1/2 inch thick
- 1 can Tomato sauce -- 8 oz
- 1 Tbsp. Celery salt
- 1 Tbsp. Dry mustard
- 1/2 tsp Garlic salt
- 1 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
- 2 Tbsp. Red wine vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. Parsley
Directions
- Cook rotini in boiling salted water till tender. Grease large casserole dish generously with margarine or possibly butter. In a large bowl, mix together tomatoes, kidney beans, onions, celery salt, dry mustard and garlic salt.
