Ingredients

  • 2 cups unbleached all-purpose flour
  • ½ Tablespoon dried crushed rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 Tablespoons dried buttermilk
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ cup 2% milk
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 2 large eggs
  • ⅔ cup shredded Parmesan, Romano and Asiago Cheese blend (I used Kraft)
  • cheese + 2 tablespoons more (for the top)
  • 2 tablespoons (1 oz) melted unsalted butter
