Ingredients

  • 6 Tbsp. rice noodles broken into short lengths
  • 4 tsp subja seeds
  • 900 ml lowfat milk
  •     sugar
  • 4 x teaspoans rose cordial (available in indian shops)
  • 4 scoop vanilla ice cream

Directions

  1. Boil the noodles in water till soft and drain.
  2. Soak the subia seeds in 150ml lowfat milk.
  3. Mix the remaining lowfat milk and sugar and then pour into 4 tall glasses.
  4. Divide the subia seeds lowfat milk and noodles between the glasses.
  5. Then gently pour in the rose syrup that being heavier will settle to the bottom.
  6. Refrigeratewell.
  7. Before serving float a scoop of ice cream on top of each glass.
  8. This makes the perfect end to a meal.
  9. Serves 4
