Directions

  1. Flatten steak. Beat well. Press garlic clove over steak. Add in a couple drops of extra virgin olive oil (rub in steak). Add in salt and pepper to taste. Add in sliced carrots, zucchini and large eggs (spread down the middle of the steak). Roll and tie the steak with 3 or possibly 4 pcs of kite string. Brown well. (Heat pan first, then add in a little peanut oil, then steak.) Pour pizza sauce over steak. Cover and cook 1 hour in 375 oven.
