Roasted Red Pepper Salad Dressing

You control with thickness of this dressing with the amount of liquid from the marinades.
Leaving this a little bit thicker it may be used for a dip.

Ingredients

  • 16 oz. sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon capers – plus a dash of caper marinade
  • Small handful of fresh dill
  • 2 cloves fresh garlic
  • 4-5 slices of sweet marinated roasted red pepper – plus a little of the marinade
  • 3-4 tablespoons of marinated hot cherry peppers – plus a little of the marinade
  • Dash of salt
  • Dash of black pepper
  • Dash of red pepper flakes
  • 2 tablespoons of honey
  • Drizzle of olive oil

Directions

  1. Combine all of the above in a food processor and process until smooth.
  2. Place in a container and refrigerate.
