Rice Broccoli Cheese Turkey Casserole Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 c. Cooked rice
  • 1 pkt Frzn minced Broccoli (cooked according to directions)
  • 2 Tbsp. Margarine:
  • 1/2 c. Diced onion
  • 1/4 c. Diced celery
  • 1 x - 8 ounce. jar Cheez Whiz or possibly 1 c. cubed Velveeta Cheese
  • 1 can Cream of mushroom soup (or possibly cream of chicken)
  • 2 c. Cubed cooked turkey or possibly chicken (can also use Shrimp or possibly Ham) small jar of minced pimentos
  • 3 x Large eggs (beaten slightly)
  • 3 Tbsp. Water
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 3 c. Flour

Directions

  1. Saute/fry part "B" in margarine. Combine all ingredients and place in casserole. Cook 30 min at 350 degrees. This dish freezes well.
  2. NOODLES: Beat Large eggs just until foamy. Add in water and salt. Add in flour little at a time to a soft dough. Roll out (the secret to noodles is to roll them thin). Let dry (1/2 hour to 2 hrs - depending on humidity) until edges start to curl. Cut in 3" strip. Stack and cut about 1/4" wide. Spread out and let noodles continue to dry.
