  • 3 c. Rhubarb, sliced 1/2" pcs
  • 1 c. Apples, peeled, cubed
  • 1/2 c. Strawberries, sliced
  • 1/3 c. Sugar, granulated
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon, grnd
  • 1/2 c. Flour, all-purpose
  • 1 tsp Baking pwdr
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 4 Tbsp. Butter/margarine
  • 2/3 c. Sugar, brown, packed
  • 2/3 c. Quick-cooking oats
  •     Vanilla ice cream, optional

Directions

  1. Greased 8 inch square baking dish. Combine sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle over rhubarb mix. Set aside. In a bowl, combine flour, baking pwdr and salt. Cut in butter till mix resembles coarse crumbs. Stir in brown sugar and oats. Sprinkle over rhubarb mix. Bake at 350F for 40-50 min or possibly till lightly browned. Serve hot or possibly cool with a scoop of ice cream, if you like.
  2. Yield: 6-8 servings.
