Rhubarb and Butterscotch Layer Cake Recipe

Recently I saw a lovely sounding recipe for Rhubarb and Butterscotch Layer Cake on Stuff.co.nz, from Birdwood’s Gallery and Cafe in Havelock North, New Zealand.
