Ingredients
- 2 (6 1/2 ounce) cans minced or possibly chopped clams (reserve juice)
- 1 c. flour
- 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 2 beaten large eggs
- Oil for frying
Directions
- Sift flour with baking pwdr, salt and pepper. Add in 2/3 cup clam juice, 2 beaten large eggs. Beat smooth, mix in clams. Fry in hot fat by tbsp till brown. Drain onto paper toweling.
