Ingredients
- 2 c. all bran
- 2 c. rolled oats
- 2 c. shredded wheat
- 1 c. shortening
- 2 c. boiling water
- 2 1/2 c. sugar
- 5 c. flour
- 5 teaspoon soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 4 beaten large eggs
- 1 quart. buttermilk
Directions
- Pour boiling water over cereal and shortening, let cool. Add in other ingredients and mix well. Fix muffin tins 2/3 full and bake at 425 degrees for 15 min. Chill the remainder till needed. Will keep 30 days in refrigerator.
