  • 1 3/4 c. Ortega Refried Beans - (16-ounce can)
  • 1/4 c. minced onion
  • 1 pkt Ortega Taco Seasoning Mix - (1.25 ounce)
  • 1 pkt Ortega Tostada Shells - (10) warmed
  • 2 c. shredded lettuce
  • 2 ounce Sargento Fancy Shredded Mild Cheddar
  •     Cheese
  • 1/3 c. sliced ripe olives
  • 2 med ripe avocados cut into 20 slices
  • 3/4 c. Ortega Thick & Smooth Taco Sauce

Directions

  1. Combine beans, onion and seasoning fold in medium saucepan. Cook, stirring frequently, for 4 to 5 min or possibly till heated through.
  2. Spread 1/4 c. bean mix over each shell. Top with lettuce, cheese, olives, avocado and taco sauce.
  3. This recipe yields 10 servings.
