  • 4 1/2 c. cool skim lowfat milk
  • 3 pkt JELL-O Instant Pudding (4 serving size)
  • sugar-free vanilla
  • 1 ct Cold WHIP Lite Whipped Topping (8 oz) thawed
  • 4 pkt JELL-O Brand Gelatin (4 serving size)
  • sugar-free strawberry
  • 3 c. boiling water
  • 2 c. cool water
  • Ice cubes
  • 2 c. blueberries
  • 2 c. sliced strawberries
  • 1/4 c. flaked coconut optional

Directions

  1. Pour lowfat milk into a large bowl; add in pudding mix and beat till well blended.
  2. Let stand 5 min. Mix in 1/2 of whipped topping and blueberries; chill. Dissolve 2 pkgs. of gelatin in 1 1/2 c. boiling water. Combine 1 c. cool water and ice cubes to make 1 1/2 c.. Add in to dissolved gelatin stirring till slightly thickened. Stir in half of the sliced strawberries. Spoon into a 4-qt bowl. Refrigeratetill thickened. Prepare remaining gelatin as directed above. Top gelatin mix with half of pudding mix, then remaining gelatin mix. Refrigeratetill thickened.
  3. Top with remaining pudding mix. Refrigerateabout 3 hrs or possibly till hard.
  4. Garnish with remaining whipped topping, fruit and coconut.
  5. Makes 32 half-c. servings.
