Directions

  1. •Make paste of coriander seeds and red chillies.
  2. •Mix the lamb, coriander paste, onion paste, curd, red chillies, turmeric and salt. Leave it aside for 15 minutes.
  3. •Heat oil in a pan. Add chopped onions and fry till they turn light brown.
  4. •Add lamb mixture and cook it until oil gets separated from the mixture.
  5. •Add little water in pan and when it starts boiling, add garlic paste. Simmer the dish until lamb is cooked.
  6. •Add more water if needed. Sprinkle garam masala and chopped coriander leaves.
  7. •Rajasthan Laal Maas is ready.
