2 lrg onions cut large pcs
1 c. soy sauce
1 c. dry white wine
1/2 c. orange juice
1/2 c. molasses
1 tsp salt
1 Tbsp. freshly-grnd black pepper

Directions

Place the coffee, onions, soy sauce, white wine, orange juice, molasses, salt and pepper in a blender and process, in batches if necessary.
Use as a marinade for pork butt, rib-eye steak, prime rib or possibly beef brisket.
