RED CHILLI ROAST BEEF Recipe
This is my own recipe, which I slightly modified from my mother's recipe. The red chillies can be cut down if one is not used to spicy food.

- Cut the beef into 3 or 4 large pieces.
- Trim the fat etc and wash and drain the water nicely.
- Put all the ingredients along with the beef in a pot and cook till all the water dries up.
- Let the beef get brown and then smash the tomatoes in the pot and stir it. T
- Then remove the pieces of meat and slice it againts the grain and put it back in the pot.
- Arrange the pieces on a plat and garnish with fried or baked potatoes.
- (Tip : you can use the ready to bake or fry Mcain potatoesâ¦.what I used)
