Ingredients

  • 5 Tbsp. Flour
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 c. Lowfat milk
  • 1 c. Butter, softened
  • 1 c. Sugar

Directions

  1. Cook flour and lowfat milk till extremely thick. Cold. Meanwhile, cream sugar, butter, and vanilla till fluffy. When flour and lowfat milk mix has cooled, add in to creamed ingredients and beat till smooth.
