Print Recipe Ingredients: Red Aval (Poha) – 1 1/2 cups Beans – 1/2 cup, finely chopped Capsicum – 1, chopped Bay Leaf – 1 Onion – 2, chopped Carrot – 2, grated Green Chillies – 3, chopped Cloves – 3 Cardamoms – 3 Green Peas – 2 tblsp Soy Sauce – 2 tblsp Ghee – 2 tblsp Cinnamon – 1/2 inch piece Lemon – 1/2 Salt as per
