Ingredients

  • 1 cup semolina
  • 2 tbsp. rice flour

  • 1 tbsp. coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp mustard seeds
  • 1/4 tsp. fenugreek seeds
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp. Bengal gram
  • 1/2 tsp. mustard seeds
  • 2 tbsp grated coconut
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp. de-skinned black gram
  • 1/2 tsp tamarind paste
  • 1 tsp tamarind paste
  • 1 tsp oil
  • 1/2 tsp cumin powder
  • 1/2 tsp. mustard seeds
  • 1/4 tsp. asafetida powder `
  • 1/2 tsp. cumin seeds
  • 1/2 tsp. mustard seeds
  • 1/2 tsp oil
