Spiced Pecans

Its time to begin making all those special treats I make at Christmas to give to friends. The recipe for these comes from my mother-in-law, who has been making them for as long as I can remember. They are very easy to make and irresistible to those who find them within arms reach.

• pecans, halved
• 1
• cup
• sugar, granulated
• 1
• tsp
• cinnamon. ground
• 1
• tsp
• salt, kosher

Beat egg white and water until foamy, add pecans and mix. Add sugar, cinnamon and salt and mix. Bake on a greased cookie sheet at 250 degrees for 45 minutes. Stir every 15 minutes. Cool on cookie sheet.
