  • 1 tsp sugar
  • Spices;
  • 1 tsp. turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp. mustard seeds
  • 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1/2 garam masala
  • 3-4 cloves
  • Pinch of asafetida powder (hing)
