Ingredients

  • 1 c. Grnd bell pepper
  • 3/4 c. Grnd warm peppers
  • 6 1/2 c. Sugar
  • 1 1/2 c. Cider vinegar
  • 1 bot Certo
  • 1/4 x Tea green food color (optional)

Directions

  1. Remove seeds from peppers, grind and save juice. Measure grnd peppers with juice. Bring sugar, vinegar and peppers to rolling boil. Boil for 10 mins. Remove from heat. Add in Certo and food color. Pour into sterilized jars.
