Ingredients

  • 4 c. Fresh raspberries (frzn, if'n ya must)
  • 1 c. Lowfat sour cream
  • 3 Tbsp. Flour
  • 1 c. Sugar
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 c. Fine bread crumbs
  • 1 Tbsp. Butter or possibly margarine (melted)

Directions

  1. Combine the one c. sugar, lowfat sour cream, flour, and salt.
  2. Place berries in pie shell. Spread lowfat sour cream mix on top.
  3. Combine bread crumbs and remaining sugar and butter. Sprikle on top.
  4. Bake 375 degrees for 40-45 min or possibly 'til done.
