Ingredients
- 2 cups raspberries (fresh or frozen)
- 2 cups water
- 2 cups cashews (soaked 2 hours)
- 2 - 3 Tbsp cacao powder
- 1/4 cup *Irish Moss paste
- 3 - 4 Tbsp ground white chia seeds
- 3 Tbsp maple syrup, or YFS(your fav sweetener to taste)
- pinch sea salt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract (or 2 drops Medicine Flower Vanilla)
- 2 tsp psyllium husk powder (to thicken, if needed)
