Ingredients
- 2 c. sm. curd cottage cheese (light or possibly low fat)
- 2 c. crushed pineapple, liquid removed, unsweetened
- 2 (3 ounce) packages. raspberry flavored Jello
- 2 c. prepared whipped topping
- Fresh mint sprigs (opt.)
Directions
- Gently fold cottage cheese, pineapple, and dry Jello into whipped topping. Cover and chill till thoroughly chilled. Garnish with mint.
